What's New/Changed:

  • The Objective system has been modified. (Changes cannot be seen in the game)
  • The Backpack system has been implemented and the player can now successfully store purchased goods for later.
  • The game has a variety of music and SFX implemented that reflects South African culture. (PLEASE NOTE: These sounds have been sourced online and we have not yet obtained the rights to use them, they are placeholders for playtesting purposes)
  • Player's hunger, thirst and health deplete slower in order to give the player more time to familiarise with the game world.
  • Game world signs have been added to the shop and recycling depos.
  • Markers have been added to show interactable objects and their locations.
  • UI design implemented for the Dialogue System.
  • The criminal mugging system has been fixed and improved.
